We flew to Vegas a few years back and saw her in concert at Caesar's Palace...
OH SO AWESOME!!!
(Chuck really loved it and didn't think he would!)...
I wanted to go to the Houston stop of her LAST world tour...

He secretly got tickets and surprised me with them for Christmas...
The concert was Janury 9, last Friday night at the Toyota Center...
OH MY GOSH!!! IT WAS SO GOOD!
Celine Dion concerts are the only time I get a glimpse of what being famous might be like. In Vegas, I was mistaken for Celine and ended up surrounded by 8, 20-something year old girls from Argentina crying and asking for pictures with me...EVEN AFTER I SET THEM STRAIGHT. I ended up taking the pictures with them. But it caused such a rucus that others began coming over and wanting to see...security guards had to start steering everyone away so Chuck and I could make a get-away. We were in Caesar's Palace.
In Houston, it started the minute I walked in the door. Staring, camera phones taking my picture, ladies hitting their husbands and pointing at me, people stopping me to ask if I was her or if I knew how much we looked alike...Chuck said he felt like a body-guard.
It was fun for him too!
My brother in law (yes, you, J.P., if you EVER do read my blog?)would say that I loved every minute of it! And he's right! It is so fun being me at a Celine Dion concert....did I mention that I love Celine Dion?

Yes...frugal me paid $40 for a concert t-shirt and had to try it on as soon as we got to the house. How could I not?

Well Thanks for the comment! I am happy with how it turned out. My registry is probably close to finished, I don't think there's a ton on it , I pretty much don't know all that I may need. This is very new to me!
