My Aunt Dana, Miranda's mom, made a monthly list called "Flowers for Randa". Each family group within our family has a month where we get to honor Miranda's memory by taking care of the place her earthly body is laid to rest; cleaning the stone and adding new flowers. The kids take it so very seriously wanting to make sure her stone sparkles. We laugh and cry together while we remember her. It's always a special time for our family.These were taken on our month this past April:

Ok, I need to remember to not get on your blog while at work anymore. Once again I need a tissue after reading your blog. First with your sweet tribute to Chuck and now this one to Miranda.
We too miss Miranda so much. Seeing her pictures made me smile and cry at the same time. May her children know how much she loved them.
I too thought of doing this, but only had one good picture of Miranda. brian saw Dana on their way out of town on Friday and gave her a hug and said, " happy Birthday for Miranda." I just about lost it when I heard that he did that.
