WE KNOW...

Well, we're back in the waiting game. The last few days before birth mom delivered and changed her mind were, to say the least, horrifying. We found out some really disturbing things. And since there's no baby girl in our home to protect, no story to save for her if she wanted to know it one day where she had the choice whether or not she wanted to share, now there's a precious, seemingly healthy baby to pray for....and I ask you to please do just that. Every time I have seen a little black baby girl, I have said a prayer...every time I have seen something that made me think of our situation, I have lifted baby girl to the Father, in hopes that He will help her overcome the generational dysfunction that she is in.
I pray that she comes to know Him.  He will help her.  He will be with her. 

Maybe that's why we all are a part of her story.  To pray for her. 

We can do that.  Even without knowing her.  We know how powerful prayer is. 

Even medical doctors have tried to no avail to explain it. 

But WE KNOW;)

I've been told that some of you have referred our blog to others who want to adopt(which is great...I can't tell you how much reading adoption blogs has helped educate and encourage me!). If you or they ever want the full story, I'll tell it....just not on the blog. It's too sad and more graphic than I can stand to write. It would have been helpful for us to hear something like it, to possibly prepare us.

No wait....nothing could have prepared us for it. 

At least someone else will be ready for this kinda stuff.

WE KNOW God allows our hard things for a reason.

Thru infertility, failed adoptions, heartbreaks and just life in general (like all of you) we are learning THIS....
