ALL ABOARD THE POLAR EXPRESS!!!!!

On December 12th, almost everyone in the fam was able to get together to go to Palestine, TX to ride the POLAR EXPRESS on the Texas State Railroad.
We had a blast!
December 12th, is also my cousin Miranda's birthday(she's with Jesus) so we thought about her MANY times throughout the day. Let's face it, we think about her MANY times a day regardless of if it's her birthday or not. Anyways, she would've had so much fun watching her three kids enjoy the ride on her special day here, and I'm sure she did from Heaven...front row seats with Jesus!
I'm sure we'll get to ride the HEAVEN EXPRESS one day with her...save us a seat, Randa!!!

We spent lots of time staring at the train tracks and looking down them in anticipation of the train coming...
Reese and Keira with their tickets....

Reese was in awe....

Aunt Dana(to some in the group)/Mimi(to others) made special folders for the kids to commemorate their train ride...

All the girls, minus Riley, but Cole decided he wanted to be in the girl pic..:)Waiting...
HERE IT COMES!!!... Keira was the first to see it since she was on her Uncle Jason's shoulders. She was SO giddy!....

Coming into the station....

What a fun night, we had hot chocolate and cookies, rode to the "North Pole", read the book, and sang Christmas carols. Most of all, it was fun 'cause I was with my FAM! Love those peeps!
Polar Express next year, anyone?!?!?
I say YES!
Good job SHISH, for checking into it and getting everyone rounded up!
Great memories made for sure!
