While Chuck, the kids, and their friends were doing THIS after school/work yesterday....
Toby and I were on the other side of the driveway doing this...
Nice....huh?!!!!!!! I turned on the waterfall to drown out all the basketball noise and relaxed and read for almost 2 hours. Who gets to do that? Me?...hardly ever! While I felt a LITTLE(not a lot!)guilty for not joining in their game, their teams WERE even and I just didn't want to mess up their perfect game. Hee-hee!

Seriously, I love that our house is a great hang-out for the kids and their friends. Talk about a blessing!!! Growing up, I remember mine and my sister's friends wanting to hang out at our house and go on summer vacations with my family a lot because of the love they were shown by my parents. I hope the Lord allows Chuck and I to be instruments of HIS love to our kids friends too! HE'S blessed us with so much and our hope and prayer is to honor HIM with those blessings.
