Sweet Levi...You are 4 months.

I still find it incomprehensible sometimes that you are mine, that you are ours. 

I am thankful beyond belief. 

Words CANNOT express.  They just can't.  Just trying, puts a lump in my throat. 

It's that kind of feeling, little boy. 

You are somethin' special...and loved oh, so much.

I had so much fun takin' your pictures today. 

We laughed, and laughed and laughed...

And then you started getting delirious...

 a little tired....

interested in other things...

and then just downright upset!

So we stopped.

I sure do love you.

And as always...

I'm praying everyday that you will serve the Lord and love Him with all your heart...

that you'll have a gentle, loving, soul....with a rough and tough man's heart, like Jesus...

that you'll be smart and brave, love others and stand for what is right.

At your 4 month appointment:

You were:

24 inches

12 lb 12 oz

The pedi says you can start a few shakes of rice cereal in your formula once a day.

You got 2 more shots, you cried just a bit but they weren't anything like those yucky 2 month shots!!!

You are still wearing size 1 diapers. Some clothes in 0-3, but mostly 3-6 month.

You are so alert to everything around you.

You giggle really hard when you and daddy play.

When I'm just staring into your eyes, you look back at me with a funny look on your face like you know how thankful I am for you.

You love books. Right now, your favorite is 'Doggies' by Sandra Boynton. You smile in amazement at all the barking that goes on.

You LOVE your catepillar rattle.

You SCREAM when a loud noise scares you.

You are simply perfect.
